Apartment Review for Legacy At Mayland - Richmond, VA

I have lived at this place for 2yrs. Last yr not by choice but my overall satisfaction from this place dosen't exist. Make sure you get everything in writing and take pictures as I am being charged for carpet after moving out and the damage was already there. I called before I moved in with my furniture outside that I did not receive NEW carpet before moving in and I have a big stain in my master bedroom. Was told they shampooed it and it was clean and fine.That was the only thing wrong so I dealt with it now being charged for it and they claim they have no record of my phone calls about it. BS... Expect to pay a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT when you move in because they will find every and any little thing to keep your money and charge you more.$1200 a month for a 3 bedroom and you have only one space for parking and they charge you 2times for trash.No wonder you see alot of out of town tags and people moving out every month. Wouldn't recommend this place to the devil.Wish I kept driving past. I can type all night but they are not worth my time.Stay away from this place!!!!!!!!
