Apartment Review for Kings Point Apartments - Richmond, VA

I lived here for a year, my first place right after school. The walls were paper thin, could hear everything going around around me. My sink was leaking I put in a work order only to have the handy man tell me that there was no leak I was splashing water, what BS. Also I was charged for a whole month of water, sewer and trash after I had vacated the apt. I understand that I am responsible for utilities until the lease ends but if I wasn't there that month then how can I be charged. If you can any where else to live please do it do not live here
