Apartment Review for Kingly Ones - Richmond, VA

I lived in Briarwood Court Townhomes, which is located behind Kingly Ones, for 2 years. I had a renovated townhome and did not have a single maintenance issue the entire time I lived there. Because I had a new heating and cooling system, my utility bills were very low. My court was very quiet and my neighbors were either friendly, or kept to themselves. I moved into Briarwood to save money to buy a house. I now live in my own home, and am very thankful to have had a great, inexpensive apartment to live in while I saved to get here!
