The building is not secure. The lock to the back door of the building did not work most of the time. Despite my having listed existing damages when I moved in, when the time to get the deposit came, I was charged for those specific damages. I wrote to the manager four times and never received a response. It is now time for small claims court.  Need to rent an apartment?
