Apartment Review for Kensington Court - Richmond, VA

I have lived here three years and seen some changes. The management has changed and is not as good as before. That being said, it is still acceptable. The apartments are spacious and you will either have a good view or large closet space. The annex is not as nice as the main building and I would avoid it. Also, this place used to be a hosptial and then a retirement home, so there is some history here. There is some noise from the nearby bar at nights, but nothing too obnoxious. I would definately live here again.
