Apartment Review for Kelly Schaaf - Richmond, VA

I have lived at Courthouse Green apartments in the West End of Richmond for a little over 2 months. In that time I have had the following problems: - accessive crime - loud neighbors - trash all over the grounds - rude management: - unperfessional staff, maintanance, receptionist/rental agent and manager - waited a month to have all move in apartment repairs fixed - apartment has flooded 3 times - dangerous residence: - man masterbates on balcony while women walk by - "peeping tom" was caught by me looking into another residence front door - closing rental office before close of business several times a week - very inconvenient - when I first moved in June of 2006, all apartments in the complex had nice storm doors, about a month ago Courthouse Green management had them ripped off of our doors leaving metal to cut us. These doors will not be replaced. No notice was sent out and it caused a hugh level of concern for myself and other residence as well as this was added security due to the neighborhood we live in.
