Apartment Review for Huntclub - Richmond, VA

as the other reviews have stated, these apartments are in DESPERATE NEED of a severe overhaul... first off, i've requested to have my apartment sprayed 3 times for roaches and it was only AFTER calling and calling for about 4 times to get them to do it... still has roaches arfter 2 sprayings... there are barely any spots left for the residents after all the drug users and dealers come by and park all day... a/c barely works though we are being charged for it... supposed to have utilities paid for but out of the 9 months i've been here, i've paid the rent that is due 2 times... other 7 times have been the increased rent with gas surcharge... trash rooms are disgusting, overall condition of apartments fucking suck... our apartment wasn't even clean when we moved in... had to wait another goddamn 2 weeks to get the carpets cleaned... maintenance never does what is asked of them, the people in the office never answer the phones or return calls... even during business hours... the list goes on... need more info, e-mail me @ st_louie02@yahoo.com
