Apartment Review for Huguenot Apartments - Richmond, VA

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. It is an independent owner so they have no interest in fixing any problems. I too had a ac unit that gobbled electricity. It was out the day i moved in and continued to be out most of the summer. Not once did the so-called manager (who is the gf of the owner) do anything about it. There is so much more to complain about but I lived here so long ago that I just wanted to tell everyone that you will be sorry if you get an apartment here. If you can live in the westend I recommend Broadmoor Apartments off of Parham and Broad.
