Apartment Review for Hickory Creek Apartments - Richmond, VA

I had a problem with this complex. There was a maintanance issue that needed addressed and one day while I was at work they hired a company to do the work and gave them unquestioned access to my apartment. When things were stolen during this visit I was told that it was not the apartment complex's problem and I would have to take it up with the company that did the work. Nevermind the fact that my complex hired the company, gave them the key to my place and never warned me people would be in my place. Complete lack of respect and basic humanity.
