Apartment Review for Hermitage Manor Apartments - Richmond, VA

The review above must be from an employee. Got out last fall and hear me, this place is a total tenant-Unfriendly, run down, utility eating, bug infested, rip off! Forget the pool on Monday even on holidays! All the appliances are shot, toilets and drains are constantly clogging, no hot water, all the fans are broken or so loud you cant hear yourself think and if you ask for repairs then management and maintenance will milk you for every cent they can. Our car was broken into twice, can hear neighbors through walls, kids in area are a real pain and to top it all off once you get feed up with this dump and move out look for another bill equal to another months rent because they have a “move-out check sheet” that took a lawyer a month to create and they will put you into collections 100 times faster than they will respond to no hot water or heat calls!
