Apartment Review for Hermitage Manor Apartments - Richmond, VA

This place lures you in because of the affordable rent and presumably quiet neighborhood. Some people allow their kids to roam free and terrorize other people by being rude and ill-mannered. The apartment was roach infested and the lady in the rental office has a terrible attitude! She must live in a palace on the property because she acts like you are bothering her when you call for an issue. The move out checklist is just another way to trap you into paying for crap that was already shoddy and broken. I agree with the previous person when they say the fan for the air or heat was so loud you would find yourself yelling or having the tv turned all the way up just so you could hear. Apparently they threaten you with wage garnishment and taking you to court if you don't pay what they say you owe even though after I moved out and went back a few days later they had come in and turned the air conditioning on and a door was off the hinges. I never liked going to the pool because they had some old lady doing "pool patrol" trying to make sure people aren't there that dont belong. I was there one day and she was so rude to me because she assumed I didn't belong there until I showed her my pool pass. Plus, the kids at the pool are so rude and obnoxious you can't even relax. Stay away from here!
