Apartment Review for Heritage Court Apartments - Richmond, VA

This wasnt available when I was apartment hunting & I wish it was.. Maintenance is half-dead, dont fix it right the first time.Out of a 1 yr. lease my garb. disp. worked 2 months.I gave up on it.Plumbing is bad & old. Sinks clog, dont drain.I use my hand to plunge the kitchen sink so it will drain! Dogs run loose-owners dont care.They don't pick up doggie poo either.Lease is SO strict but nothing is done about violations..except late rent pymts. Prop. Mgmt is QUICK 2 evict!! Oh yeah- dont 4get the break-ins and vandals that come thru in the wee hours of the mornin'. LOCK your doors and dont keep anything of VALUE sitting around the apt or CARS. Even part of the staff was found stealing from an apartment!!I got ROACHES and nothing is done about it. WHERE DOES MY MONTHS RENT PYMT GO..HMMM..THE OWNER DRIVES 2+ CARS--IVE SEEN A LEXUS & A NICE JEEP/HUMMER.
