Apartment Review for Harbor Village - Richmond, VA

No reason for not doing assigned resident parking, it's a first come first serve thing here so you might have to walk some to your own door. In my immediate complex area, there are only 6 visitor spaces for 28 different apartments use. And don't be a visitor parking in the wrong space, cus it will be towed away. And at a cost of $160.00 to get your vehicle back !! Wonder how much Harbor Village's cut is on this amazingly high dollar amount. Took 15 months to build the new pool and clubhouse, so no pool at all in 2009, and the pool didn't open till mid June 2010. Residents paid for this complex amenity during this time frame though all we had were tore up roads until recently. Residents should have been given a break in their rent payment during this time of no pool. Oh, and we now have pool attendents on the payroll here, and their job is to have people sign in a book when they want to use the pool, and try to collect $3.00 per visitor of a resident wanting to swim. It's now almost August, and the clubhouse is still not open cus it continues to fail County inspections. Good Job Folks.
