Apartment Review for Genesis Properties - Richmond, VA

Complete and utter false advertising. The place billed itself as upscale, trendy, urban housing. First day there, the elevator doesn't work...and didn't work for about a month. The state of the place was "crap", stained carpets, trash and beer cans in the stairwell, I even found a shoe in the middle of the hallway once. RIDICULOUS! And I haven't even mentioned the noise level yet, nonsense, it was like Lord of the Flies on crystal meth. And the staff, complete idiots - totally unprofessional. Genesis Properties, lol, they should be called Omega Properties because it's the last place any sane person should ever stay.
