I gave them 500.00 for a deposit and admistration fees in Jan 2009. The room had problems so I transferred after being told I would get 300.00 of it back if I paid another 500.00 for the other apartment in Mar 2009. After waiting a month I was then told I would not be receiving anything at all and have a nice day.  Need to rent an apartment?
