I concur. I lived on the second floor at 405 W Marshall for 6 months before having to break the lease (with no penalty) for the same exact problems, most notably the disgusting mice infestation, huge plumbing issues, windows not locking, exterior lighting that never worked... This place was CRAWLING with mice and we'd always smell dead mice but rarely could find the corpse. When we moved out we found a couple hidden behind furniture. We also had windows that didn't lock that went unfixed for months and months. Maintenance was a joke. They're asking way too much money for what turned out to be the worst living situation I've ever had.
