Apartment Review for East Broad Street Apartments - Richmond, VA

The building has so much potential but the owner and management do not care about the tenants. Once they have them locked in a lease, they are slow to respond to any requests (if they respond at all). The interior is dirty, stains on the carpets, chipped walls, dried spit on the elevator doors. The windows are super flimsy, can hear noises from the after hours club downstairs and the shelter across the street. Not worth it.
