Apartment Review for Dominion Laurel Springs - Richmond, VA

In the beginning things started out shakey but ok, the previous tenants owned a cat so even though the apartment had been steam cleaned, it still smelled of cat urine. There were a few minor fixes that needed to be taken care of but nothing that caused the apartment to be unfit to live in. Within few months passing is when things started to get worse. I had my apartment flood TWICE due to old/bad plumbing or sewage (yeah, pretty gross right) and the actions taken to resolve the problem were very poor. 99% of the time my apartment smelled like gas if it wasnt covered in fumes of mold. The staff at Laurel Springs is nice, but the quality of the apartment are extremely low.
