Apartment Review for Country Place Apt - Richmond, VA

overall the apartment is pretty good. only problem is the walls are thin so you never no what you're going to hear. I've heard everything from music to fighting to let just say "love making sounds". this is an income based complex so there seems to be quite a few young women that dont work. So expect to hear a stereo at 8am. and lets not forget the 2year olds running around outside cause the parents thinks its okay as long as their older sibling is watching (even though the older sibling is about 4 maybe 5years old) and this is terrible problem in the summer. kids dodging between park cars and not pay attention to traffic but then again they are only 2years old so what can you expect!!! parking sucks sometimes cause a lot of young women have their boyfriends staying over so the already limited spaces are begin taking up by them.
