Apartment Review for Colonial Apartments - Richmond, VA

I would not recommend to anybody this apartment complex, the maintenance departments SUCKS, the rental office stuffs SUCKS as well, I have been complaining to this people about MICE n the apartment and they have not done anything to solve my problem I have been dealing with the problem for almost a year and the only compensation I have gotten from them is one half month rent, to them thats what my suffering, stress and dealing with these animals in my apt is worth, not to mention that I have caught 25 mice so far. They just don't care about the tenants but their money I have lived here for almost 5 years so far and they don's seem to care.. Think twice before moving in!!
