Apartment Review for Bethany Springs/Stratford Hills - Richmond, VA

We count our blessings every day that we moved out of Stratford Hills. We put up with cockroaches, pipes that constantly got backed up everywhere (bathroom sink, bathroom tub, kitchen sinks), a continuously dripping fridge, getting robbed, flooded carpet upon move-in, constant replacement of blown-out fuses for the A/C, mildew, black mold, and so much more. Management, Michelle, was very nonchalant about the cockroach/bug problem. We eventually found out that one of the neighbors was the cause of the infestation. We really don't miss finding cockroaches in the silverware drawer, coffee cups, dishwasher, basically all over the kitchen. In a couple of months, we filled 4 plastic bags of the cockroaches that we came across. Wish we never knew the smell of dead cockroaches or the existence of camel crickets...
