Apartment Review for Bethany Springs - Richmond, VA

I have never been treated as poorly as while renting from Bethany Springs Apartments. I had serious maintenance concerns while living there and was totally disregarded by staff including Landmark Properties. There were leaks and floods that made it impossible to walk on the carpets and the staff did not take into any considerations that a human actually lives in the apartment. Absolutely nothing was fixed the entire time that I lived there. I would recommend never renting from Landmark properties or Bethany Springs Apartments. You will be disrespected and it is the worst service in Richmond,VA.
