Apartment Review for Three Willows Apartments - Richmond, VA

We lived in Richmond since 2000. We have lived in downtown, southside, eastend, & northside. This is DEFINITELY the best place by far. When I went to check these apartments out I thought I had gotten in over my head; but the rent was only $895.00 for a great location & area; nice layout w/large bedrooms & closets; and they were planning on recent renovations that did not up the rent. The updated look is very nice. The entire staff is friendly, professional,& everyone is cooperative in the leasing office. It seemed liked whenever we spoke to Beth to have something fixed the maintenance was here before we ever got off of the phone. We never had a problem with parking like we have had in other apartments. Even after the snowstorm earlier this year (2010) we had some neighbors to clean off our car. There was no trouble with maintenance clearing the sidewalk, as we have had issues with other apartment complex. I only wish the economy was not forcing us out.
