Affordable rent without significant annual increases; great location & area schools; nice layout w/LARGE CLOSETS!! recent renovations give an updated look; friendly, professional, cooperative office & maintenance staff; Remember the neighborhood is what you make it! So if everyone shows respect to neighbors and live by the rules then problems will be kept to a minimum.  Need to rent an apartment?
