The "Fan Area Is Cool"

Just love the Fan Area and this building is right in the center. The building is old but cool and has central air, disposal, and dishwasher. Most of the old apartments around don't. The management does a good job of fixing stuff. Usually a day or two but it does get fixed!! The office people seem cool and they keep up the property. They also allow pets for a fee.  Need to rent an apartment?
