Apartment Review for 711 N. Boulevard - Richmond, VA

Good location and cool building. Enjoyed living their and had some great times with my friends. Easy to get to everything in the Fan. The apartment was a solid B+ and I give the management company a C+. The did fair job of solving problems and keeping us informed. There are much worse apts. and landlords in this area. I would rent with them again. Price was good for the apt size and type.
