This building is in atrocious condition. If you rent from this landlord document EVERYTHING. Take pictures of EVERYTHING when you move in and when you move out. If you need something repaired send a photo and registered letter to the landlord requesting repairs otherwise they will DENY they ever received correspondence. I had numerous problems with my apartment and my requests were either flat out ignored or mishandled by the landlord's inept and careless handyman.  Need to rent an apartment?
