Apartment Review for 7 North Boulevard - Richmond, VA

I lived here for a year and endured misery after misery from this property. My apartment had numerous plumbing issues that the landlord was slow to non-responsive in handling. The doors on my apartment did not lock properly and I constantly feared someone would break in. To top it off, the landlord says heat is included with the lease but his definition of heat and mine are obviously vastly different. Most winter days my apartment thermometer read 55 degrees. I complained and complained and complained and the owners would not do anything. TIP: If you are a VCU student find yourself another place to live in the area this is not student friendly. If you are the parent of a VCU student PLEASE PLEASE encourage your kid to find a different apartment building in the area.
