This property is poorly maintained, inadequately heated and the owners have no intention of fixing it up. They promise one thing when you move in, and fail to deliver on reasonable expectations. I can not recommend anyone live in this unit, this building or rent from Hollister Enterprises of Richmond. The neighborhood is great and I intend to move nearby, but never again from these shady folks.  Need to rent an apartment?
