Poor maintenance. Constant water leaks throughout building. Elevators are always broken. Parking and neighborhood are not safe. Management cares more about renting empty apartments than taking care of current tenants. High turnover. If you complain or criticize, management will ask you to move.  Need to rent an apartment?
