Apartment Review for 12 North Boulevard Richmond, Va 23220 - Richmond, VA

I was robbed at gun point the night I moved in...so I guess that covers safety. It was in our parking lot...you catch the drift. The facility was CONSTANTLY decaying (water damage, pealing, etc.) The Hollisters never responded to any complaints until a lawyer was involved. Maintenance...constant decaying. Really noisy, right on the Boulevard. The worst part were the Hollisters. They refused to refund my deposit because my refrigerator wasn't clean enough and my floors not mopped...they were. NO EXAGGERATION. Stay away.
