Never again will I rent from Hollister Enterprises. This building is such a mess! Peeling paint, cracked floors, and I believe dangerous wiring. The owner has been cited by code enforcement for numerous violations and takes his time making repairs. My experience with this rental company was truly disappointing as I had a good feeling when I signed my lease. The owners were approachable and portrayed themselves as a kind family business but all that turned out to be a show. When things break, these guys don't fix. They wait and wait while you suffer. Thinking about getting your security deposit back? hah! These people pay close attention to details when you leave and try to keep as much of your security deposit as possible. $15 per nail hole!!! For real. Even if you didn't put the hole there, they still bill you for it.
