Apartment Review for 10 S Boulevard - Richmond, VA

Larry and Barbara Hollister are negligent landlords and you should absolutely never rent from them. I lived in their 10 South Boulevard building from 2006 to 2008 and it was the single worst experience I've ever had. They put on a good show and try and lure you in with a friendly act. But know that they will nickel and dime you at every chance. There is zero maintenance and you literally have to hold a gun to someone's head to get anything fixed. I got 50% of my security deposit back after they made up a bunch of BS claims on the inspection. Only after 4 letters and the threat of legal action did I get the rest back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
