These property owners are some of the worst in Richmond. They put on a big show about being a family business but what you do not realize until its too late is that they operate a family fraud! These apartments are advertised with including heat but that is a complete lie, the landlords don't even meet the legal minimum of 65 degrees. The property is decaying and is frequently cited by Richmond code enforcement for fire escapes that are falling down, chipping and pealing paint and various other structural deficiencies. The landlords are uncooperative when it comes to repairs and are prone to ill tempered outbursts and hostile (borderline violent) behavior when complaints are made.
