	Staples Mill Townhomes Townhouse Road Richmond,  Va 23228 Rating Recommend:    No Overall Rating:  3.0 Security:  5.0 Parking:  5.0 Appearance:  4.0 Management:  1.0 Maintenance:  2.0 Unit Condition:   3.0 Noise:  4.0		Review Title:  The Good And The Bad Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  10/8/04      Rate This Apartment     I love these townhomes.They are spacious and the neighborhood is wonderful.There is one problem.The people in the rental office can really get you going on the road to a bad attitude.The only time you can really get a smile is if you're coming to pay rent.Even the apartment manager is a pain.They are very unorganized.I'll put it like this, if they could hire a new rental staff with better attitudes and more resident appreciation, these apartments would be wonderful.
