Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  1/7/05      Rate This Apartment     These aptments are probably the worst in Richmond! Crime and vandalism is a every day event here. There is a mold and a bug problem that is never adressed. Homeless sometimes sleeps on the steps on the inside. A really bad place to live.
