| The apartments are somewhat old (70s or 80s). But are really spacious. The maitenance is poor, you have to call them at least 2-3 times before they attend the call. The swimming pool opens on Memorial day, but is closed about 30% of times for no reason until it closes on labor day. Good Parking space. Rent $700 for 1BR and $800 for 2BR. About $50-75 rent increase per year. Gas heating included in rent, washer dryer in each apt. But since the apartment is not well sealed or whatever, the electricity bill in summer is huge because of AC (Between $100-$175 ). |
